We had this dosa delight two weeks before for dinner but forgot to post it for independence day .
Carrot - 2 grated
Spinach - 1 bunch chopped and boiled with little salt.
Coconut Grated - 1/4 cup ( slight fried with a spoon of oil)
METHOD OF PREPARATION :
1) Make dosa and spread these toppings in layers .
2) Roll up and Serve hot .
