MINI PODI IDLI






INGREDIENTS :

Idli batter
Salt to taste
Ghee
Idli Milagai podi


METHOD OF PREPARATION :

1. Take required quantity of the batter and mix salt to it. 




2. Spread oil and rub off well evenly in the idli plates.


3) Pour the batter in the plates.


4. Leave the plates in the Idli steam pan. Leave for 10 minutes till done.



5. Remove the idli and transfer it to a plate.


6) Heat sufficient oil in a pan or tava. Saute 3 tbsps of Idli Milagai podi in 2 tbsps of ghee.  Mix well.


7. Add mini idli to it na d give a quick toast.
