TOOR DAL DOSA / TUVARAM PARUPPU DOSAI
Tuvaram paruppu/Toor dal -- 1 cup
Dosa batter batter - 2 cups
Salt to taste
METHOD OF PREPARATION :
1) Soak dal for 3 hours and grind to smooth batter.
2) Mix it well with dosa batter .
3) Heat dosa tawa . Spread the batter and add a tsp of ghee .
4) Then , after 2 minutes , flip it to its side .
Serve hot with Chutney/Sambar.
