PANEER PEAS PULAO


INGREDIENTS :

  • Paneer - 250 gms
  • Peas - 100 gms
  • Onion - 1 big: sliced
  • Capsicum - 1 big
  • Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Cloves -2 
  • Cinnamon - 2
  • Biriyani leaves - 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
  • Pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • Chilli sauce - 2 tsps

METHOD OF PREPARATION :

1) Fry paneer cubes in oil for few minutes and keep it aside.


2) After removing the paneer, add cloves, cinnamon and Biriyani leaves. Then add sliced onions and capsicum and saute till tender.



3) Add peas and ginger-garlic paste, salt and toss it well.



4) Add paneer and turmeric powder, pepper powder, chilli sauce and toss it well. 


5) Finally, add the cooked rice to it and mix it well.




Serve hot with Raitha.
