KARUPATTI COFFEE

INGREDIENTS :

• Karupatti / Palm Sugar - 100 gas
• Boiled milk - 2 cups
• Instant Coffee - 2 tsps

METHOD OF PREPARATION :

1) Boil karupatti in water and filter the impurities. Add 2 tbsps of karupatti water in a glass.

2) Add 1 tsp of instant coffee to the strained karupatti. 

3) Add boiled hot milk to it and mix it well. 

Serve hot.
