NUTS AND CHEESE OMELET

INGREDIENTS:

Egg - 2
Onion- 1 (medium)
Salt to taste
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Jeera Powder - 1 tsp
Cashews - 5
Badam(almonds) - 4
Ghee - 1 tsp
Cheese slice - 1
Green chillies - 2(optional)

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1) Heat ghee in a pan.Add chopped onion and fry till tender.
2) Then add chopped chillies.
3) Then add powdered cashews and badam and saute for 2 minutes.
5) Meanwhile,beat the eggs well in a bowl with little salt and pepper and jeera powder.
6) Finally,add the fried mixture to the egg and mix them well.
7) Heat oil in a dosa tawa and make omelette.Spead shredded cheese over the omelet.
