Mushroom -- 200 gms
Onion -- 1
Mustard -- 1
Jeera -- 1 tsp
Chilli powder , Garam masala powder , Turmeric powder -- 1 tsp each
Salt to taste
For Masala :
Tomato -- 1
Coconut -- 6 pieces
METHOD OF PREPARATION :
1) Heat oil . Add mustard,jeera and curry leaves .
2)Add chopped onion and tomato . Saute till tender .
3) Add chopped mushroom and add all the powders .
4) Add grinded masala and cover with a lid . Cook till mushroom is well cooked and gravy is thick.
Serve hot with roti.
