INGREDIENTS :
Brussels Sprouts - 150 gms
Cheese slice -1
Sour cream and Chive - 2 tsps
Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Olive oil
Salt to taste
METHOD OF PREPARATION :
1) Chop the Brussels sprouts in halves. Heat a tsp of Olive oil. Once hot, saute Brussels sprouts till toasted.
2) Then, add the garlic paste and saute well till the raw smell leaves.
3) Then, add the sour cream and Salt. Mix it well.
4) Finally, after the Brussels sprouts gets toasted well, add the cheese and mix well.
Serve hot.
