INGREDIENTS:
Rice Flour - 1 cup
Palm sugar as your prefer.Salt to taste
METHOD PREPARATION:
1) Knead rice flour with salt like u make chapathi dough .
2) Make small balls or shapes as u wish.3 ) Meanwhile prepare sugar syrup .Filter the syrup.
4) Add balls them to the filtered syrup and stir them slowly.
5) Add grated coconut and elachi powder before removing from flame.

I make this jaggery. Karupatti will give a nice falvour. Next time will try to make it with karupatti.
Palkozhukatai is my first fav south indian sweet delicacy..I can have it anyday,anytime in any amount :)
