METHOD OF PREPARATION :
1) Peel the skin of potato and cut into cubes. 2) Heat 3 tbsps of oil and saute potato for 3 minutes in a slow flame .
3) Then add the grinded masala to it . Mix them well . Remove from flame till the raw masala smell leaves and potato is well cooked . After adding masala , cover with lid and stir for every 3 minutes .
