PEPPER MASALA POTATO
Pepper and Jeera - 3 tsps each
Red chillies - 2
Garlic cloves - 3
Salt to taste
Grind pepper , jeera , red chillies , garlic cloves , salt with little water.
METHOD OF PREPARATION :
1) Peel the skin of potato and cut into cubes.
2) Heat 3 tbsps of oil and saute potato for 3 minutes in a slow flame .
3) Then add the grinded masala to it . Mix them well . Remove from flame till the raw masala smell leaves and potato is well cooked . After adding masala , cover with lid and stir for every 3 minutes . Serve hot with curd rice .
