Mushroom - 1/2 kg
Basmati Rice - 1 cup
Lemon - 1
Split green chillies - 2
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Mint leaves , Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Ginger - garlic paste - 1 1/4 tsp
Coconut milk - 1 1/2 cup
Cinnamon - 2
Cloves - 1
Bay leaves - 2
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp


1) Soak rice for 20 minutes. Clean mushroom in running water and slice them in halves.

2) Heat oil or ghee in pressure cooker . Once hot, add 
add cinnamon , cloves and bay leaves, chopped onion , split chillies, mint, coriander leaves . Saute till onion becomes tender.

3) Then,add chopped tomato . Once it becomes skinny , add ginger-garlic paste.

4) Add mushroom,salt, 
Chilli powder, Garam masala and saute for 10 minutes .
5) Add coconut milk and 1 tsp of lemon juice.

6) Finally add rice and stir well with mushroom.

7) Pressure cook for 2 whisltes. Allow the steam to leaves. Serve hot. Garnish with cashews.
