Children would love Sweetcorn in any recipe.
Today, I share a simple kids recipe.
Ingredients:
Butter
Sweet corn – 1 cup
Pepper-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
1) Wash sweet corn and cook till soft. Add pepper,salt to the corn and mix well .
2)Meanwhile, toast bread with butter on both sides in a dosa pan.
3) Spread a spoon of corn and cheese slice in a bread. Place the other slice over it and press the corners, toss it well and serve hot.

Hi Shama, Just came by your blog...very nice. Corn is always an all-time favourite...I generally add in some spinach or carrots to make it more nutritious...your photos look nice.
