INGREDIENTS :
- Egg - 1 for 1/2 cup of semiya
- Red Chillies - 2
- Roasted Semiya/ Vermicelli - 1 cup
- Sambar powder - 1 tsp
- Onion - 1 chopped
- Turmeric powder - a pinch
- Salt to taste
- Red chillies -2
- Coriander leaves - few
METHOD OF PREPARATION :
1 ) Heat oil in a kadai. Add mustard, jeera, green chillies, curry leaves and red chillies . Once it splutters, add sliced onion and tomatoes. Saute till tender.
2) Once done, add egg to it . Add chilli powder and salt. Scramble it well.
3) Add 1/2 cup of water for 3/4 cup of roasted semiya.
4) When it starts to boil, add semiya. Mix it well. Cook till the water is drained out. Remove from the flame after 2 minutes .Garnish with Coriander leaves.
