- Egg - 2
- Ginger - 1 small piece or as per your taste.
- Green chillies - 2 nos
- Onion- 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves and coriander leaves (finely chopped)
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
1) Beat the eggs well in a bowl with turmeric powder, finely chopped ginger, green chillies, jeera, pepper, onion and salt.
2) Heat oil in a dosa tawa. Once hot, spread the well beaten egg evenly and spray some oil. Flip to its sides till done.
