INGREDIENTS :
- Cauliflower - 1 medium
- Jeera - 1 tsp
- Mustard - 1 tsp
- Onion - 1 medium sliced
- Tomato - 1 medium sliced
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
1. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard, jeera. When it splutters, add sliced onions and tomatoes and saute till tender.
2. Add Garam masala, turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt. Mix it well.
3. Finally add cauliflower and mix it well. Cover with a lid and cook in slow flame till done.
Serve hot with Roti.
