INGREDIENTS :
- Cannellini beans - 1 cup
- Spinach - 1/4 cup finely chopped
- Garlic cloves - 4
- Pepper powder - as required
- Salt to taste
METHOD OF PREPARATION :
1) Soak the beans overnight. Pressure cook the beans with sufficient water for 3 whistles. Allow the steam to leave and keep aside.
2) Add spinach to it and cook till it turns tender.

3) Add turmeric powder and salt. Roast garlic cloves and then mix to it.
