INGREDIENTS :
- Farfalle / Pasta - 500gms
- Mixed vegetables of your choice - Sweet corn, Red Bell pepper, Broccoli, Carrot - 1 1/2 cup
- Garlic butter as required
- Cheese slices - as required
- Salt to taste
For White Sauce :
2 tbsp of plain flour, well mixed in water without any lumps and of proper consistency. It should be too watery.
Milk - 1/2 cup
METHOD OF PREPARATION :
1. Boil pasta separately in a pan, drain the water and keep aside. In a separate pan, boil vegetables till it softens.
2) Meanwhile, heat garlic butter in a pan. Allow it melt well and add 2 tbsps of Olive oil.
3) Once hot, slowly add the plain flour batter and stir continuously without lumps.
4) Mix it up well and cook in slow flame to avoid over burning or boiling. After 3 minutes of adding the batter, add milk and stir it up well. Cook till it thickens.
5) Add the cheese slices to it and cook till the cheese gets melted.
